In October 2025, a group of Australian artists travelled to Greece and Crete, following the footsteps of WW2 Australian Lustre Force troops.

The artworks are curated to form a travelling exhibition to five venues, opening at the Anzac Memorial, Hyde Park, Sydney 20 May 2026.

My artwork includes intricate watercolour paintings of medals and badges, small oil paintings of battle sites, and two larger oil paintings inspired by the Unknown Warrior tomb, Athens. The wreath, a sculpture, was inspired by the golden wreath belonging to Meda of Odessos, the wife of Philip II of Macedon (330 - 30 BC).

The underlying sentiment of my artistic response to our pilgrimage to these sacred sites is steadfast.
